Those 56 Men

As I wrote the previous post I got to thinking about teh 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence. Did you ever think about what could have been on their minds? Such as, if the revolution failed, they could be hung for treason against the crown of England.

There is no evidence in history that any of the 56 ever backed away or gave up or quit because of the danger. There were no polls taken trying to convince them to turn back as is done today. They stood strong and achieved their purpose.
