Back to Oklahoma - for an afternoon

We made it back to Oklahoma Saturday afternoon. We had to make our stop at Whataburger for a jalapeno hamburger. Then we checked in at our hotel for the evening and unload -- then on out to see JD and Kendra. It's been cold most of the way on the trip, but no inclement weather on us at all. We got into areas of snow as we passed through Kansas City -- had to get this far south to get snow. JD and I got to shovel snow here in Stillwater.

This fine candid shot was all the snow we saw coming south out of Kansas City. Not exactly anything to get excited about.

Tomorrow we're off to Edmond to see Jamie & Dale & Allison & Derek -- then on to Texas!
