Up to Monserrate

David's good friend and former co-worker, Jun, flew in from Atlanta last night for the wedding and joined us today for our trip to Monserrate.  The trip started off cloudy but clear -- great for good pictures.  About an hour later the rain came in giving us water plus very foggy skies.

Monserrate means "Church on the Mountain".  Since there was a mass in progress I kept my photo-taking outside.
In this last picture, the rain was coming down, giving me this unique photo of the statue of the Virgin of Guadalupe across the valley on the next mountain, with one of the Stations of the Cross in the foreground.  I hope you can see the statue.  If not, I'll do some editing when I get home and see if it is more visible.

Great pictures! Those buildings are either very tiny or you are really high up. I know the real answer.... high up!!!!
