The cog train up the mountain was closed for the day so we all got to ride the cable car. I'll check the web to see how high above the city Monserrate is located. The cable car ride is a lot of fun, especially if you don't look the wrong direction at the wrong time.
These beautiful flowers were on the slope just below the arrival point for the cable cars. Remember that is it nearing the beginning of springtime in Colombia.
