As I travel home today to start back to work tomorrow, Debbie will be staying in SE Oklahoma to take care of some clean-up and organization of vital things and pictures. I'm looking forward to having her back at home in just a few more days. Mike and Joanne understand this task -- they've been taking care of this from the loss of Mike's Mom recently. It's a very big job - one filled with work, memories, tears, and so much more.
Speaking of pictures, do you have a box full -- or maybe boxes full -- of pictures you have taken but haven't seen in a long time? When we moved from MN we prepared a couple of large boxes to organize pictures for the move. Was that enough? Surely you jest! We have MANY MANY boxes of pictures. And we hope to start the task of getting some in order so they can be enjoyed. Or shared. Or whatever is most is most appropriate.
I was amazed at how many pictures we had already in frames -- some hung in MN, many more not hung. We've already started trying to find the best places for the pictures already hung.
I figure we can do it now. Or we can leave it for someone else to do after we're with the Lord. Personally I'd rather do it now. That way I can enjoy them again myself.

Since I've had my digital camera, I have made it a practice to print only pictures I'll frame or put directly into my photo album. I wish I had done that for the years previous.
