Merry Christmas!!!

We're having a wonderful day here at home in Argyle as we celebrate our Saviour's birth! I caught a picture of my Sweet Bride Debbie sitting in front of the Christmas tree this morning.

At moments like this there is a scripture passage that always comes to mind: Ephesians 3:20-21. "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen!"
We had to shoot this picture fast. Our little boy Gabriel doesn't really care for hats.

My Sweet Bride really seemed to like her new cross necklace with the little bitty diamond right at the mid-point of the cross. This is our 16th Christmas together as husband and wife and I'm more blessed than ever.
Gabriel might not like hats, but he absolutely loves opening Christmas gifts. The last few days he has been prancing with excitement as he saw gifts being wrapped. He knows what that means. His are wrapped only with tissue and he doesn't try to open any others. But he knows those that are for him.
Even Callie the Cat got into the fun this year. She got this little toy and a new bed. Of course, the catnip in the toy helped attract her attention.
We hope you and yours are having a Merry Christmas too!!

That's a nice cross! I'm sure she'll wear it with pride, at least a lot happier than Gabriel and his hat.

Merry Christmas you two!!!
