We saw our first Texas Rangers baseball game Saturday night - first since moving back to Texas. They were playing the Toronto Bluejays and, sad to say, the final score was not in favor of the Rangers. But it was a fun game anyway. We hope to take in a couple more games before the season ends and will be hoping for a Rangers win next time.
The temperature was 104 at game time and didn't go below 100 until after 8:30 pm. Thankfully our seats had some shade, making it not really so bad.The Rangers got several good hits, but not enough to score the winning run. They looked pretty good until the 5th inning when Toronto went crazy with some runs.

Baseball is my all-time favorite sport. I love any baseball game I can watch in person. TV sports just don't have the excitement that you get at the real thing.
