This past weekend I tried to play a DVD on my laptop for the first time since buying this Vostro. But something was missing -- I got an error message that something wasn't there that was needed. Tonight was the night to get it fixed.
I logged on to the Dell site, searched for a while without success, then decided to use their online chat to get it fixed. I had called once before and it took forever so I thought this would be the way to go tonight. So I logged in and waited until an agent came online to chat with me. A few minutes later, the chat message popped up...
"Hello William, My name is Jesus. How may I help you?"
I had a feeling everything was going to work out just fine. I was in good hands. And sure enought, just a few minutes later he had completed the download needed, tested it, and all was well. That was quite interesting and put a whole new perspective on the "helpline".
I feel quite blessed this evening. And yes, my laptop was healed.
