Since I'm flying and not driving it didn't sound right to quote the old song "On the Road Again", so I just went with "in the air again". I left home this morning and flew to Calgary, Alberta in Western Canada where I'll be conducting some training and doing some more inventory audits. One of the Logistics Analysts from my team in Toronto arrived this evening and will be doing some orientation with the technicians here.
This will be a fast moving week, working in Calgary tomorrow and then moving on to other cities. I'll try to update each day. Today is Thanksgiving Day in Canada so everyone was off work having their turkey dinner with their families.

I caught a great view of downtown Calgary just a little ways from my hotel. As I was leaving I saw a cute little house that looks just like the old gingerbread house (you can see it in the picture of downtown above, too) and had to share it with you. I'll try to have more pictures as the week progresses.
The fall colors, as you can see just barely in the first picture, are really bright and beautiful. I should see much more as we drive to Edmonton on Wednesday. Seeing these bright colors really add to how much I miss Minnesota and all the bright beautiful colors of autumn. In Texas it's still summer time, but everyone should turn brown pretty soon. The beauty of God's creation is just beyond description!
