After some cold, snowy and icy days while traveling home from MN last week and lots of rain since then, we had a beautiful day on Sunday. Debbie and I made it to two churches for worship Sunday morning (makes up for missing last Sunday, plus accelerating our search for where we will find our new church home).
Gabriel and I went for a walk in our
neighborhood Sunday afternoon. The pictures were taken at the entrance to our neighborhood where there are several ponds, some with fountains and lots of attractive decor. 
Of course, Gabriel can always "find something" with that powerful nose of his". He was convinced that he had something terrific under the bushes. But alas he just came away with a big smile.
This is probably the first time ever for Gabriel and me to go for a walk on a Sunday afternoon in January without both of us needing to wear a heavy coat. We were both out without any coat -- and it was very nice all the way.
