OK, I promised you a before and after picture of my Weight Watcher progress. The first picture was while we were on our cruise in September 2005. The second was taken Saturday, September 2, 2006. Same shirt, but a little bit different background. And I'm definitely a year older -- no doubt about that. But there is a 50-pound difference in the two pictures.
The little necklace (made for me on Passion Island near Cozumel last year) (Don't worry -- it was one of those cruise novelities -- I'm not going funky or feminine or otherwise!). You can see
that last year it barely made it around my big neck. This year it hangs loose on the neck.Today's picture was taken on our deck with those 60-80 foot tall beautiful trees behind me. We've got to sell our house soon or I'll be having to rake the leaves again! Pray for lookers! And one buyer! Please! Soon!
Have a blessed Labor Day weekend! I think we're going out to the apple orchard in a little bit. That's always a neat place in the autumn.

Congratulations on reaching your 50 pound goal! I think you look great! Plus, I'm sure your health will benefit from the TLC you are giving your body.
