Breakfast in the Backyard!
I was sitting in my office (located in the basement of our home) and saw this squirrel really getting serious about his breakfast. I got out my trusty telephoto lense and the picture came in pretty good. After telling you about the beaver tail in Canada, I thought you might enjoy a squirrel's breakfast in Elk River!

What a pretty, woodsy picture!
I'm always amazed at how, no matter what the season is, the coat of the squirrels blends right in with the trees. Even the squirrels were created with a natural defense system.
