After a prayer by the Priest, the ceremony continued with the signing of the Marriage Certificate. David and Mila each signed it, the Maid of Honor (God Mother) signed, and Dad (aka the God Father) signed.
I believe this was the time when the Priest formally pronounced them Husband and Wife. I assume that because everyone started clapping for them.
