When we were leaving St. Peters MO last Sunday, Joanne routed us out Highway 94 to Saint Clair where we would link up with I-44 for the drive home. Along the way we saw a sign pointing to Daniel Boone's house, 5 miles off Hwy 94. Naturally we had to make that little side trip.
Daniel Boone moved to Missouri from Kentucky for the last 11 years of his life. We didn't have time to take the tour of the house and surrounding area and were only able to get limited pictures. We'll be looking forward to taking this tour next time we go to St. Louis.
