My goodness, it's already January 19 and this is my first time to do any blogging since 2 days after Christmas! The intentions were good and lots of thoughts about things to blog, but time was at a premium. The first weeks of the new year at work are devoted to crunching all the numbers of the previous year and completing reports on the team's productivity. Thankfully that is completed now and we can move ahead with develoments for this year.
Couple that with a couple of trips to Stillwater to work on the house there and there was little time left or energy left for blogging. The house is looking better. The new laminate flooring is almost complete -- just a little trim left to finish -- and then the house can go on the market and see if someone else can enjoy it for a while. Oh happy day!!
During these weeks that I have missed blogging we've had two anniversaries in the family -- Bruce and Becky, followed by Joanne and Mike. It's always special to celebrate these special days.
Then we had one very important birthday for one very important lady -- JAMIE, on the 6th. We loved getting to have lunch with Jamie, Dale, Alli and Derek at PF Chang in OKC to celebrate her special day. I didn't have my camera with me that day, so I'll just share a picture left from our Christmas Eve visit with Jamie and her family!
