It's Friday, November 30, and the installer just left after hanging new vertical blinds in many areas of the house. These look great in the formal dining room, the living room, kitchen and master bath.
We preferred vertical blinds to the horizontal blinds more commonly used in the south. We like being able to open the windows completely and let the sun shine in. This is just one more nice step in being settled in our home.
It's just a few more days until we celebrate our first anniversary in our home. We love it more than ever, even though we continue to miss our friends and neighbors in Elk River and our church home that blessed so much!
