Happy Thanksgiving Day to You and Yours! It's a beautiful, warm day here in Elk River today. I started the day going to to American Red Cross Blood Bank in Shoreview MN -- came home one pint short of a full load. We got to have Thanksgiving dinner today with some very good friends from our church who live here in Elk River, Wayne & Linda Benso.
Want to know something really neat? Wayne and Linda moved here a couple of years ago from Texas! They lived on the Fort Worth side of the Metroplex. Their son, Toby, plays an instrument in the worship team at a church about 3 miles from our new home. We enjoyed visiting with Toby today and hearing more about his church.
I hope you and yours have had a terrific day today. I'll be adding more to the blog later this week with an update on our upcoming relocation southbound.
