It's official, everybody! The inspection was completed Friday afternoon while I was flying home from Seattle. We received the report this morning and only have to fix a couple of minor things. So with this step completed, it is now official that our beautiful Elk River home has SOLD!
It looks like closing with be at the end of November, so we have a month to get all packed up and ready to go.
I'll be working at the new office the latter part of this next week and will be out at our new home to make final arrangements and schedule closing. Then I can start posting some pictures of our new home.
For those of you who have prayed for us during this long process of selling the house, THANK YOU! This has been quite the spiritual adventure with much good prayer time and Scripture searching with my Precious Bride, plus many friends and family praying actively for us. God has blessed! Again!
