Nice Surprise this evening!

It's still working! My "project" with Weight Watchers, that is. It really is. And I love it. For over 10 years I have worn slacks and jeans in a size 42 waist. Recently I wrote a note about the condition of my blue jeans. So tonight we decided it was time to see what would fit now. So off to the Albertville Outlet Mall we went. We went to the Wilson's Leather Outlet Store where I found a neat belt -- SIZE 38!!! My old 42 belt has run out of holes so about time to retire it.

We stopped at Kohl's in Rogers on the way back home. Believe it or not, they were having a sale. (For those of you who don't know Kohl's, they have a "sale" every weekend -- almost a joke). I found a pair of my favorite Haggar slacks -- and size 38 fit perfectly. The wonderful shrinking project continues.

The next 3 weeks will be somewhat of an added challenge since I'll be traveling on business, but I'll be watching myself well, even on the group business dinner meetings. I have a target I have been aiming to reach by early May -- I'm getting close, but still not there. I'll have that in mind every day.

As John the Baptizer said, "He must increase and I must decrease".

OK, so it's slightly out of context. But it still fits. And it's given me a good opportunity to witness a bit at the WW meetings.

Watch out for blessings all around you -- one of them just might land on you this weekend! That's our prayer for you. Debbie sends her love to you all and promises to update her blog this weekend.
